The Bumper Cover Stand is a combination of the Glider 52,
X-tender and two positioning collars.

The Unique design of the Glider Stand makes this the only stand that can be easily moved over body shop and spray booth floors without getting hung up on the floor grates or uneven surfaces. No wheels, rollers or feet to get caught or stuck. No more risking parts falling off and getting damaged. No more wasting valuable time.
The Glider stand simply glides across uneven floors on it's own tubular footing.
The stand is able to hold parts such as bumpers, bumper covers, doors, panels, canopies etc... It will allow you to paint these parts while on the stand.
The X-Tender attaches to the top of the Glider 52 to hold plastic bumper covers in the same position as if they would be on the vehicle.
The bumper cover can now be easily sanded, primed and painted. This will also eliminate dry spots, runs and uneven paint texture in the most visible places.

Info: A one inch (2.54 cm) diameter round steel tube with a small 3/4 in. (1.9 cm) diameter tube sliding freely inside. Extends from 52 in. (132 cm) minimum to 90 in. (229 cm) maximum in length. Equipped with thumbscrews to lock the X-tender at a desired length. Both tubes have off center swivels at each outer end. The positioning collars are adjustable and include hook bolts for holding the X-tender and/or other parts to the stand. Tightening the hand wheels keeps the positioning collars in place as required, and keeps the stand closed for simple storage.
